CHARACTERISTICS
Trap suitable for the catching of: Ips typographus, Polygraphus poligraphus, Pityogenes chalcographus, Trypodendron lineatum, Tomicus piniperda, Tomicus minor. It can be used for monitoring and mass trapping.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Monitoring and capture of Ips typographus, Polygraphus poligraphus, Pityogenes chalcographus, Trypodendron lineatum, Tomicus piniperda, Tomicus minor. In the first case, place 3-4 traps/ha, in the second case, 12-15 traps/ha. Place the traps at a height of approximately 150 cm from the ground and maintain a distance of approximately 25 meters between them. The pheromone plate must be hung inside, taking care to position it approximately halfway down the trap. It must be installed in the second half of March and the pheromones remain active for 5-6 weeks. Check the trap periodically to keep it clean and record catches.
